Prediction Streak processes account details, guest identifiers, predictions, scores, league memberships, device notification tokens, subscription status and consent choices to operate the game.

Why data is used

• Provide accounts, predictions, scoring and private leagues.
• Prevent abuse and preserve game integrity.
• Send notifications the user has enabled.
• Provide premium access and comply with store purchase obligations.
• Show consented advertising only to free users in native apps.

Your choices and rights

Email, push, advertising and analytics choices can be changed in Settings. Signed-in users can download a machine-readable copy of their data and permanently delete their account. Depending on location, GDPR, UK GDPR or KVKK rights may also include access, correction, restriction, objection and portability.

Retention and sharing

Game records are retained while the account is active and removed when the account is deleted, except where a limited record is legally required. Production providers for hosting, authentication, sports data, notifications, payments and advertising receive only the data required for their role under configured agreements.

Before launch

The operator legal name, postal address, privacy contact, final retention periods, provider list and international transfer safeguards must be filled with the production company and domain details before store submission.
